Cashew Nuts

Cashew nuts are the stone fruits of the cashew tree, which grows to a height of approximately upto 12 m. Cashew nuts are also known as anacardium nuts. The cashew nut is a popular snack, and its rich flavor means that it is often eaten as it is, roasted, lightly salted or sugared, or covered in chocolate.

Cashew is used in various types of dishes throughout many countries. The nut is used whole for garnishing sweets or curries, or ground into a paste that forms a base of sauces for curries or some sweets. It is also used in powdered form in the preparation of several sweets and desserts.

Cashew Kernels: Cashew nut kernels are processed from raw cashew. Cashew kernels are usually obtained through shelling and peeling cashew nuts. Kernels are graded by size and color. After final QC (Quality Check) including metal detection, they are packed in vacuum for freshness. The Indian cashew kernel is well acclaimed for its good quality, taste and appearance. We are also one of the largest cashew nut wholesellers (wholesale agents).
